All our investments seek a double revenue stream with a minimum objective of a 5% annual CAP, that can go all the way up to 8%, payable every quarter and an asset appreciation greater than 5% annual, that can go as high as 30%

For this, we only invest in developing districts with high rental demand where we are already investing our own capital.
